Southern Shores Development was founded in 2003 and quickly became Knoxville’s premier waterfront contractor. Projects range from residential and commercial to municipal / government. We are the only Tennessee Licensed General Contractor in the East Tennessee area specializing in marine construction. We employ full-time mariners and tradesmen, are fully insured for the marine industry and are certified as a Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace.
